ParcelProof stores order details (order ID, buyer name, phone, optional email, item description) supplied by the seller, and the packing/unboxing videos recorded by both parties.

• Video retention: video files are deleted 30 days after upload (extended during an active return). SHA-256 hashes, timestamps, and the audit log are retained as the permanent evidence record.
• Access: videos are private; playback uses short-lived signed URLs. The receiver link is an unguessable token — treat it like a password.
• Deletion: sellers can delete their account and all associated data from Settings. Buyers can request deletion of an order's data through their seller.
• Contact: for data requests, contact the seller who shipped your parcel.
